Present:       Shri SS Gahlawat, learned counsel for the decree holder.

                   Shri H.C. Sikri, learned counsel for the judgment debtors.

                   Learned counsel for the decree holder, vide his separately recorded statement, submitted that he has received a cheque bearing no.020801 dated 25.10.2020 amounting of Rs.11,18,000/- from the judgment debtors, so he wants to withdraw the present execution application.

                   In view of the above statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The Branch Manager,
Oriental Bank of Commerce, DDA Market, Vashundhra Enclave, Delhi-110096 is hereby directed to release the FDR account no.08443031130476 of JD already attached vide order dated 13.8.2019 of this Forum.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
