Present:          Shri SS Gahlawat, learned counsel for the decree holder.

                        Shri H.C. Sikri, learned counsel for the judgment debtors.

                        File taken up today on an application for withdrawal the case moved by ld. counsel for decree holder. Learned counsel for the decree holder, vide his separately recorded statement, submitted that he has received a cheque bearing no.787063 dated 4.10.2020  amounting of Rs.6,51,000/- from the judgment debtors, so he wants to withdraw the present execution application.

                        In view of the above statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                        However, Tehsildar Sampla is hereby directed to release the land attachment vide order dated 12.09.2019 of this Forum i.e. property of JDs in the name of Monika, Rect No.68, Killa No.9, Area 8K.M, Rani Sharma, Rect No.68, 69, Killa No.10,15,  Area 16K.M, Isha Rani, Rect No.68, Killa No.11, Area 8K.M, Veena, Rect o.69,Killa No.6, Area 8K.M, Mamta Rani, Rect No.69, Killa No.14, Area 8K.M Shalu w/o Anjay, Rect No.69, Killa No.16/1, 25/2, Area 11-7 K.M, Total land comes to 59K7M i.e.7.418 acres in the revenue estate of Village Kheri Sadh, Tehsil Sampla, District Rohtak.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
