                   File taken up today on an application for withdrawal the case moved by counsel for decree holder. Learned counsel for the decree holder, vide his separately recorded statement, submitted that he has received a cheque bearing no.787054 dated 19.10.2020 amounting of Rs.5,00,000/- from the judgment debtors, so he want to withdraw the present execution application.

                   In view of the above statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
