ORDER

ORDER DATE-22/08/1996. The respondent is directed to refund a sum of Rs.7,340/- being the excess amount collected towards the price of the car and also to refund Rs.2,500/- collected towards the transportation charges and to pay balance interest on Rs.2,18,760/- at the rate of 18% P.A. and also to pay Rs.3,000/- towards the expenditure together with costs of Rs,500/- to the complainant within one month from the date of the receipt of this order.
