ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 06.12.2023, Sh.Gaurav Gupta, Counsel for Complainants/DHs has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present execution application with liberty to the LRs of deceased complainant to file fresh complaint against the OPs/JDs. The present execution application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the LRs of the deceased complainant to file fresh complaint against the OPs/JDs, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
