Case is posted to-day for exparte hearing. Complainant is absent on repeated call. The case is pending for exparte hearing. Since the date of admission till date, already more then 18 dates has been fixed but the complainant himself is not found present, and lastly when the case is posted for his hearing, he is absent. Without hearing of the complainant cannot be adjourned. In this circumstance, due to in-action of the complaint to proceed with his case, the present complaint of the complaint is dismissed for default.
