1.M/s Luxmi Agencies, Samsung Service Centre, Link Road, Opposite Dyal Singh College, near Dawat Hotel, Karnal 132001(Haryana) through its Manager/authorized Person.

2.Samsung India Electronics Pvt.Ltd.A-25, Ground Floor, Front Tower, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110044, through its Manager/Authorized person.

Present:       Sh.Rajat Chawla Advocate, the complainant in person.

                   Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Opposite Parties.

ORDER:

                   The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties made statement that the Opposite Parties are ready to  pay Rs.13000/- to the complainant  within a period of thirty days, subject to the condition that the complainant shall return old mobile set alongwith all the accessories to the Opposite Parties. Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the ………

 

 

 

 

statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, he does not want to  pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing.

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
