ORDER

              In the present execution petition, the respondent-JD no. 1 has placed on record the copy of order dated 09.11.2016 passed by the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi, in revision petition no. 2732 of 2016 titled as L & T General Insurance Co. Ltd. Vs. Umesh vide which the appeal of the respondent-JD has been accepted and complaint of the complainant-DH has been dismissed. Order dated 09.11.2016 passed by the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi, perused. So, in our view, keeping in view the above said order, the present execution petition has become infructuous and thus, we dismiss the present execution petition.
