   LIMITED, Head Office being represented by its

   Managing Director, Pirojsha Nagar, Vikhroli,

   Mumbai-400 079.

This case coming on 31.10.2014 for Affidavit of Complainant before us in the presence of Sri K.S. Shankar & K.V. Lakshmi, Advocates for the Complainant and Sri N. Kalidas Reddy, Advocate for the 1^st Opposite Party and the 2^nd Opposite Party being exparte and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

             The Complainant’s Advocate filed a memo with the signature of the Complainant, after issuing notice to the Opposite Party stating that they have settled the claim out of Forum.   Heard both sides.   Memo is recorded.   Complaint is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.   No costs.
