1. M/s Lord Shiv Enterprises, though its authorized signatory,

   Shop no.388, New Grain Market, Karnal-132001.

2. Customers Supports Division Luminous Power-Technologies Pvt. Ltd., C-8 & C-9, Community Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act.

                   Sh. Naresh Attri, Branch Service Engineer on behalf of opposite parties.

                  

ORDER:

                   Shri Naresh Attri, Branch Service Engineer appeared on behalf of opposite parties and made a statement that Inverter and battery of the complainant would be checked and repaired the same or replace  and demanded 30 days time.        

                   Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of representative of opposite parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
