[1]           Complainant is present along with Adv.A.S.Vidyarthi.  Secretary of the opponent along with Adv.Rashmi Manne.

[2]       Matter is not on today’s board.  Same is fixed for hearing on 28/01/2015.  However, both the parties request to take up the same on today’s board.  Request is granted and preponed the matter.

[3]             Parties have settled the matter outside the State Commission. Terms duly signed by both the parties and verified by their respective advocate are filed on record and marked as Annexure ‘A’.  In view of the consent terms, consumer complaint stands disposed off as settled.
