ORDER

The complaint so far as it relates to the claims of customer No.6 and 8 is concerned is allowed. The 1st o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to each one one of them together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of the cancellation of their respective booking order till the date of realisation and a cost of Rs.200/- within a period of 60 days from the date of the receipt of this order failing which recovery proceedings shall be initiated against it on a petition made by the respective customers in this behalf. Inform the parties.
