ORDER

Complaint is allowed in so far as it relates to the fourteen customers whose names are given in the list enclosed to the affidavit of the secretary, A.B.G. Panchayat. The 1st o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to each one of them together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of cancellation of their order of booking and a cost of Rs.200/- within a period of sixty days from the date of the receipt of this order failing which recovery proceedings shall be instituted against it on a petition made by the complainants in that behalf. The complaint is so far as it relates to the case of customer numbers 14 Thirumalaiah and 15 Naveen Chandra as shown in the complaint is dismissed as their claims have been satisfied. Inform the parties.
