ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the complainant with interest at 18% p.a. with effect from 11/6/1987 till the date of realisation. It shall further pay a sum of Rs.100/- to him towards the cost of these proceedings. This order shall be complied with within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which recovery proceedings shall be instituted against him on an application being made by the complainant in that behalf.
