ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the complainant together with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. with effect from 24.07.1990 untill the date of realisation. He shall further pay a sum of Rs.100/- towards the cost of these proceedings. This order shall be complied with within a periof of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which recovery proceedings will be initiated against him on an application being made by the complainant in that behalf.
