ORDER

The complaint so far as it relates the claims of customer No.3. Nizar Ahamed and customer No.4 Shanmukha is allowed. The o.p. M/s Lohia Machines Ltd., Kanpur, shall refund a sum of Rs.500/- to each of them together with interest at 18% p.a. on the said amount with effect from 19.04.1988 untilll the date of realisation respectively. They shall further pay a cost of Rs.200/- to each of them. This order shall be complied with within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by M/s Lohia Machines Ltd., Kanpur, failing which recovery proceedings will be initiated against them on a petition being made by the complainant panchayat in that behalf.
