ORDER

The complaint so far as it relates to the claim of customer No.7 is allowed. The 1st o.p. shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to him together with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of the cancellation of his booking order till the date of realisation and further pay a sum of Rs.200/- within a period of sixty days from the date of the receipt of his order till the date of realisation, failing which recovery proceedings shall be initiated on an petition made by the said customer in this behalf. Inform the parties.
