ORDER

Complaint in so far as it relates to the claims of customer No.5 and 6 is concerned ia allowed. The o.p. one shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to each one of them together with interest at 18% p.a. with effect from the date of the cancellation of their booking orders untill the date of realisation. The o.p. shall further pay a sum of Rs.200/- to each of these customers towards their cost. This order should be complied with within the period of 60 days from the date of its receipt by the 1st o.p. failing which recovery proceedings shall be initiated against it on a petition made by these customers in this behalf.
