ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under:- O.P. is directed to pay amount of Rs.55000/- to the complainant with interest at 9% p.a. from 10.05.1999 till the date of payment. O.P. shall pay the amount within four months from the date of receipt of the order and parties to bear the costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
