In view of the fact that the lloyed finance is under liquidation under the supervision of Hon’ble High court and further in view of directions given by Hon’ble National Commission in Revision No.1768/2000, we direct the appellant to approach liquidator for getting relief in terms of award in the liquidator’s office. All the three appeals are, as such, disposed of.
