ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The opposite party is ordered to repay to the complainant Rs.1,10,545/- with interest at 14% p.a. from 25.3.1999 to the date of payment. Opposite party shall also pay Rs.10,000/- as compensation and Rs.500/- as cost of the proceedings.
