ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperatge sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The opposite party is ordered to refund Rs.34,500/- being the maturity value of the two fixed deposits receipts to the complainant along with interest at 15% p.a. from 20-7-1999 to the date of realisation. The opposite party shall also pay a sum of Rs.500/- as cost of this date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties by certificate of posting.
