          Memo of appearance filed on behalf of the JD/OP No.1. Today, DH/complainant has made a separate statement that in compliance of order dated 23.12.2016  passed in CC.No.132/2016 titled as Raman Bansal Vs. M/s Link Utsav & others, he has received Rs.46,000/- in cash as full and final settlement and nothing is due against the JDs/Ops and thus, he withdraws the present execution being fully satisfied. 

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
