Sh. Jagdish Rai Garg Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite party. Sh. Manminder Singh Dhaliwal son of Sh. Iqbal Singh Dhaliwal complainant has suffered the statement that we are ready to furnish the indemnity bonds required by the opposite party for the release of claim amount and undertake that in case any other legal heirs come forward to claim the claim amount then we will refund the entire claim amount alongwith interest to the opposite party. On the other hand, Sh. Jagdish Rai Garg Counsel for opposite party also suffered the statement that in view of the above statement if the complainants furnish the indemnity bonds regarding claim then the opposite party will make the payment within one month. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is disposed of. The parties are bound by their statements. Accordingly, the complainants are directed to furnish the indemnity bonds to the opposite party for the release of claim amount and the opposite party is directed to pay the claim of the complainants within one month from the date of receiving the same. There is no order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
