1. Complaint presented before the registry of this Forum on 23.1.2020 and put up before this Forum on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Forum.
2. Heard.
3. In the nutshell complainant is aggrieved from closing of his claim by the respondent No. 2 vide its letter dated 31.12.2018 and as per this letter, six documents were required to be supplied by the complainant for adjudication of claim and according to the respondent No. 2, the complainant has failed to supply the same.
4. Taking into totality the facts of the case and in order to avoid unnecessary litigation, it will be better if the complainant is advised to hand over documents mentioned in letter dated 31.12.2018 to the respondent No. 2 within specific period and thereafter, respondent No. 2 will adjudicate his claim on merits within specific time if ordered by the Forum, it will suffice the purpose and of justice will meet. Since, at this stage, no order qua the rights of the parties is being passed, therefore, opponent are not required to be given opportunity of being heard by issuing notice. Without commenting anything further, on the merits of the case, the complainant is directed to make every endeavor to supply the copies of the documents mentioned in letter dated 31.12.2018 issued by the respondent No. 2 or substitute of the same within the period of 15 days from today before the Branch Manager of the respondent No.2 who shall acknowledge receipt of the documents and thereafter, respondent No. 2 shall decide the case of the claim of the complainant on merits and within the period of one month and despite that if the complainant is not satisfied with the action of the respondent No. 2 then, he shall again be liberty to file a fresh complaint against the respondents. File be consigned to the records.
