                 Settlement report dated 07.03.2024 from the Coordinator, Mediation Cell of this Commission received. The parties have arrived at settlement before the Mediation Cell and settlement report Ex.P1 placed on record. In view of the settlement Ex.P1, the complaint is, partly, accepted. The opponent No.1 will repair the washing machine, subject matter of the invoice Ex.C2, fee of any charge before 31.03.2024 and will extend the warranty of it for another period of six months as additional warranty. The remaining terms and conditions qua the guarantee and warranty will remain same as per original warranty policy. Parties are left to bear their own cost of litigation. File be consigned to the records.
