ORDER

Case taken on board on the application of first opposite party. The complainant and representative of first opposite party are present before the Forum. A joint memo is filed. It is stated that, the matter is settled between the parties. The complainant has returned the mobile and accessories to the first opposite party. First opposite party has issued a cheque for Rs.3,500/- in favour of the complainant. The cheque is handed over to the complainant. The memo and the submission is accepted subject to realization of the cheque. Accordingly, the complaint is disposed as settled out of Forum. In case of dis-honour of the cheque, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint in accordance with law.
