          The case of complainant is that he had purchased one mobile phone model A 120 of LG make approximately 1 ½ years back.  Three months back he approached 2^nd respondent to get replace the damaged  body cover of the mobile  and also to get   some minor repairs on  chargeable basis. It is informed that the  front cover of the mobile is not available and the manufacturers are not providing them presently.  No other make front cover can be used for the  phone since the  suppliers  marketed the phone with  specific type of cover.  He is following with the service centre   for the last three months but no use.  Hence the complaint. 

          2. The respondents remained exparte.

          3. The complainant filed affidavit.  There is no document produced to show the price of front cover.  But it can be seen that the body cover became damaged.  Even if no document is produced, the grievance of the complainant can be seen from the complaint and affidavit.

          4. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as compensation within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
