None present. No steps. Today is fixed for showing cause by complainant. But neither complainant takes any step nor files any show cause. It is evident from case record that complainant is absent on three consecutive dates. More also, complainant collected notice from registry but not send the notices yet. It seems that complainant is not willing to proceed further with the matter. Hence, it is, ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for default.
