               The complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party seeking for direction to pay them a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for not maintaining timeline as committed, for mental agony and financial loss incurred and to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards deficiency in service and unfair trade practice committed by the opposite parties and to pay cost of the proceedings.
No representation for complainant.  The matter is pending for filing Proof affidavit of complainant from 08.01.2021 and has been adjourned on several dates.  Proof affidavit not filed inspite of sufficient opportunities.  Hence we are of the view that no purpose would be solved by keeping the complaint on file.  Hence complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.  No order as to cost.
