The complainant   Mr  Ashok Pasari   is present .   His  counsel  Mr Arun Ch Roy   is also   present . The   complainant   vide   petition no- 873/15  b prays   to  allow   him to   withdraw    the   complaint   having   both   the  parties   have   disposed   of the   dispute  outside forum   on compromise. We have heard ld. advocate   Mr Roy   over the  petition &  found that   the parties   have   really disposed of   the dispute    outside   forum   on compromise.   Hence the petition is allowed.   The complaint is   therefore dismissed   on withdrawal  . No order for cost etc.
