Present:       None for the DH.

None for the JDs.

                    Case called several times since morning but none of the parties appeared.  It is now 3.05 p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of DH.  On the previous date  of hearing nobody had appeared on behalf of the DH, though the case was adjourned for today.  The execution  application was filed by the DH on 25.09.2009 and in this case JDs were not served for want of correct address and since then it is pending for the appearance of the JDs.  The DH has failed to provide the correct address of JDs despite several adjournments.  It seems that the DH is not interested to pursue his execution and the same is hereby dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
