Lawyers hazira is filed on behalf of the complainant. Ld. Lawyer for the OPs is also present. Today is fixed for filing affidavit-in-chief by the complainant. No such affidavit-in-chief is filed by the complainant today. No petition praying for time for filing affidavit-in-chief is also made by the complainant. Date was fixed on 11.5.2017 for filing affidavit-in-chief by the complainant. But the complainant prayed for time that day for filing affidavit-in-chief. Regard being had to these, it can only be said that the complainant has lost all the interests, he had in the case in the meantime and that’s why the instant case deserves to be dismissed.
