ORDER

The complaint is in so far as it relates to the customers other than customer NO.2 B.S. Krishnamurty and customer No.16, A. Narayanaswamy is dismissed as their claims are settled out of the Forum-without cost. The 1st o.p. shall refund the deposit of Rs.500/- only to each of the customer NO.2, B.S. Krishna Murthy and customer No.16, A. Narayanaswamy together with interest at 18% p.a. with effect from 26.12.1982 till the date of realisation. He shall further pay a cost of Rs.200/- to each of these customers.
