            All the parties are present. Soon after the daily order passed the petitioner as well as the o.ps. appeared before the Forum and submitted compromise petition under Order 23  Rule 3 praying for compromise of CC Case No. 337 of 2013.

            This Forum perused the petition for compromise wherein all the parties duly signed and filed affidavit in support of their consent to the compromise and praying for disposal of the instant case in view of  terms and conditions of the compromise as laid down in the compromise petition which would form a part of the final order on compromise.  The Forum is also satisfied with the compromise proceeding finding that the o.ps. satisfy the claim of the petitioner which is legal, valid and sufficient.

            Hence,

                               O R D E R E D

            That the CC Case no. 337 of 2013 be and the same is allowed on compromise under Order 23  rule 3  C.P.C. and the compromise petition under 23 Rule 3 C.P.C. and the compromise petition would form a part of the final order of this Forum.

            In view of above the case is disposed of on compromise.

            Let the copy of this order be sent to the parties.
