The Consumer case.TCC-19/2012-13
The case was disposed off by the mutual understanding by the both parties. The Complainant had reported that the Respondent has apologized him in written and even  refunded the cost of the purchased television from them (Respondent). There fore, the Complainant had decided to withdraw the consumer case filed by him against Respondent.
Hence, D.C-cum-President, CDRF Tawang has approve the case to be dismiss.
