ORDER

                              Called. On the application made by the causal board for complainant with due notice to OP counsel. Case was taken on todays board & called. The LC for complaint filed another IA seeking  permission to withdraw the complaint with a liberty to file fresh complaint based on the same cause of action .The LC for OP-1&2 have no objections & other Ops counsels called ,not present. Since the complainant is based in between complainant & OP1&2 in main the submission of the complainant & OP-1&2 taken in to consideration & the complainant is permitted to withdraw the same as prayed in the IA. Office is directed to refer the documents. Hence  this complainant is closed.
