                   Ms. Poonam, Advocate for JD No. 1 and 2.

                   Learned counsel for the DH states that he has received Rs. 10,000/- in cash from the JDs and the suit has been returned to the JDs, so, he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. His statement recorded separately in this regard.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the DH, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
