ORDER

                    Sh. Anil Kumar Spehia, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP has redressed the grievance of the complainant and the matter has now been settled between the parties. I have received Cheque bearing No.005262, dated 20.04.2016 in favour of M/s Soni Jewellers (complainant), drawn on HDFC Bank from learned counsel for the OP in full and final settlement of the claim. I do not wish to press this complaint further. This complaint be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque”. 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
