The opposite party shall replace the colour picture tube of the Television set (Model CP 2042-II-Texla company) at his cost within sixty days of this order. Costs of the proceedings will be borne by the parties. Despatch copy of order to the persons mentioned in Annexure 'A'. The complaint is disposed off in term of this settlement.
