          The complainant has not deposited cost of `1,000/- as imposed by this Commission on last date.  It appears that the complainant is not interested to prosecute this complaint.  The complainant was supposed to file affidavit evidence today.  Complainant is not interested to file the same.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

2.       No order as to costs.
