ORDER

        

         In the present execution petition, copy of order dated 13.10.2017 passed by the hon`ble State Commission, Haryana, Panchkula in First appeal No. 65 of 2016 has been received in this Forum vide diary No. 360 dated 21.12.2017. The above said order has been perused by this Forum and it shows that the appeal of the respondent-JD Kotak Mahindra has been accepted and complaint of the complainant-DH has been dismissed. So, in our view, keeping in view the above said order, the present execution petition has become infructuous and thus, we dismiss the present execution petition.

         File be consigned after due compliance.
