          This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on  13-2-2015, in the presence of Sri K. Sampath Reddy, Advocate for complainant and Opposite party no.1 in person and Sri E. Madhusudhan Rao, Advocate for opposite party no.4, and Sri Ch.Jagan Mohan Raju, Advocate for opposite party no.5. The opposite party no.2 & 6 remained exparte, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

          On petition, the C.C. is reopened, Full Satisfaction memo filed by the complainant through counsel and prayed to close the C.C. Hence the complaint is closed.
