                   Today, DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that he has received a cheque of Rs.8,000/-, bearing No.044395 dated 04.10.2022, from HDFC Bank, in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. Copy of the aforesaid cheque placed on file.

                              In view of the statement of the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
