ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the direction to the respondent to provide the lift to the apartments within four months and to pay Rs.5,000/- as compensation for mental and physical agony suffered by him together with Rs.500/- towards costs of this proceedings to the complainant within four months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order. Further the respondent is directed to provide the lift and to pay Rs.5,000/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings within 4 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order. The other claims of the complainant in this case are rejected. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
