This Execution Application has been filed by the petitioner/decree holder against the judgment debtor/opposite party for compliance of the order in CC.No.56/2005 dated 07.08.2009 failing which to issue warrant of arrest u/s 27 of Consumer Protection Act 1986.
The Execution Application was pending for long time and it is reported that the petitioner has died on 12.07.2023. The Execution Application was adjourned on several occasions for filing legal heir petition. But the same was not filed. Today no instructions was endorsed by the petitioner. Hence, Execution Application closed for non prosecution. No cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on 25.10.2023.
