          Heard.  Parties have filed consent terms, taken on record.  Consent Terms have been signed by complainant, opponent No.1, opponent No.2 and their respective Advocates.  Consent Terms have been affirmed before the Registrar of this Commission.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.     Complaint stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.

2.     Consent Terms are binding on both the parties and if any of the party violates the Consent Terms, other party is at liberty to execute the Consent Terms as if it is an award passed by this Commission.

3.  Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
