The complainant and the opposite parties present. The matter considered in the adalath conducted by the Kerala State Electricity Board. The dispute involved in the complaint has been amicably settled between the parties. A joint compromise is filed to that effect and recorded. The compromise would form part of the order of this Forum. Parties are directed to comply with the terms and conditions in the joint compromise arrived at between them. Accordingly, the further proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
