Both parties represented. Matter settled between parties. Opposite parties agreed to supply newspaper and other publications of Kerala Kaumudi as per the Scheme MBS 2007 from 1/8/2009 onwards for 3 years to complainant. Complainant accepted the said proposal. Hence the complaint is disposed of accordingly.
