                    As per office note, report qua notice sent to respondent No.2 through registered cover on 15.03.2018 has not yet been received.

                   Service qua respondent No.1 is complete.

                   Sh.Raman Kumar, Company Secretary is present on behalf of respondent No.1/complainant (M/s KDDL Ltd.). He states that the applicants/appellants - Company have complied with the order passed. New air conditioner has been put in place and qua compensation etc., the issue stands settled between the parties. It is specifically stated that qua this dispute, respondent No.1/complainant has left no grievance against the appellants.

                   Counsel for the applicants/appellants states that in view of above, let this appeal be disposed of having become infructuous.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                   Accordingly, both the applications filed by the applicants/appellants i.e. for condonation of delay of 46 days in filing the appeal and placing on record additional documents also stand disposed of having become infructuous.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
